This pizza bake is great for Low Carb, Keto, and Gluten-Free lifestyles!
This pizza is extremely rich, you may not be able to eat more than one piece!
If you like a thinner crust pizza, cut this crust recipe in half.
Low Carb Pizza Crust
- 1 package (8 ounces) Creme Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- Optional- I added 1/2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning.
Combine ingredients and mix well. It will be a thin liquid. I left a few small chunks of creme cheese in the batter, so don’t worry if yours has small chunks.
Add batter to greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 400-degrees until golden brown (20-24 minutes).
Take crust out of the oven and add your favorite sauce and toppings. Place pan back in oven until cheese is melted.
We love this pizza bake, but my kids and I can only eat 1 slice since it is very rich. I’d pair it with a salad or fresh vegetables. This pizza keeps me full for hours!
